At Labib Care, we are confident in the transformative power and effectiveness of our products. If, within 7–10 days of using our products, you are not satisfied with the results, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for purchases made directly through the Labib Care website.
  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days from the date of product delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and good condition, with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  2. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.
  3. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer will bear the shipping costs for both the return and reshipment, if applicable.

Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Improper usage of the product.
  • Claims made after the specified timeframe.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or platforms.

Fraud Prevention
Labib Care reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of fraud or misuse.

Replacement Policy

We ensure that you receive the right products in perfect condition. Replacement requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • Wrong Product: The item delivered does not match your order.
  • Missing Item: Part of your order is missing.

Steps to Request a Replacement

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at labibcare@gmail.com, attaching valid image proof.
  2. Replacement products will be dispatched within 48–72 hours of receiving your request.
  3. Products exchanged must be of equal or greater value. No refunds will be provided for replacement requests.

For exchanges, the replacement order will be dispatched within 3–5 days after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation for Prepaid Orders: If a cancellation request is made for an order in transit, the refund will be processed only after confirmation from the courier, which may take 7–9 days.
  • Sale or Offer Items: Orders made during promotions are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Right to Cancel: Labib Care reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances. Any applicable refunds will be communicated and processed in a timely manner.

Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) Policy

  • C-O-D is available for orders up to ₹50,000, provided the pin code is serviceable.
  • Payment must be made before opening the package. If the package is open or damaged, do not accept it.
